NeuroLynk is an independent discovery and referral platform. We are not a healthcare provider, we are not part of the NHS, and we do not provide diagnoses, medical advice, treatment or prescriptions.
Clinic information
Clinic listings, prices, waiting times and service details are supplied by the clinics. We verify listings before publication and review changes, but information can change at short notice. Always confirm details directly with the clinic before you pay or book.
Enquiries and referrals
Submitting an enquiry is not a booking and does not create a contract for assessment. Any assessment contract is between you and the clinic. Clinics decide whether they can accept you and on what terms.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, misuse the enquiry form, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape the platform. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, NeuroLynk is not liable for the clinical services, decisions, availability or conduct of any clinic listed on the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
