Clinic terms

Clinics must be legally constituted UK providers, hold any registration their service requires, name clinicians with valid professional registrations, and hold professional indemnity insurance. We may request evidence at any time and may suspend a listing while we review it.

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of every published price, waiting time, inclusion and clinician detail. Material changes must be submitted for review before publication.

Enquiries are shared with the named clinic only. The clinic acts as an independent controller from the point of receipt, must handle enquiry data lawfully, respond within a reasonable time, and must not use it for unrelated marketing.

Listings must comply with ASA and CAP guidance and any applicable regulatory advertising rules. Claims of guaranteed diagnosis, guaranteed medication, or misleading NHS association are not permitted.

Listing fees are payable in advance under the subscription selected at application. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

We may suspend or remove a listing immediately where there is a patient safety concern, a regulatory action, evidence of misleading information, or a breach of these terms.
