About NeuroLynk
NeuroLynk exists because finding specialist private care in the UK is confusing, inconsistent and stressful at exactly the moment people have the least capacity for it. We run focused marketplaces, starting with ADHD and autism assessment, with recovery services in preparation.
Our purpose
We bring private providers into one place for each care area, present their information in the same structure, and let people compare on the things that actually matter: cost, waiting time, what is included, and who will carry out the assessment or treatment.
Independence
NeuroLynk is independent of the NHS and of any provider. Providers agree commercial terms with us in writing to be listed, and we say so clearly. Those arrangements never change a provider's published price, waiting time, verification status or search position on factual filters such as distance or cost.
How we treat information
We do not invent data. Every price, waiting time and service detail is supplied by the provider and reviewed before publication. Where a provider has not confirmed something, we show that it is not confirmed rather than filling the gap.
Accessibility and neurodivergent-friendly design
The platform is designed to be calm and low-friction: plain language, high contrast, adjustable text size, a reduced-motion setting, large tap targets and full keyboard support. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
