How search results are ordered
NeuroLynk orders results by the factual criteria you choose — distance, price, waiting time and suitability. Paying more never improves a provider's position.
What you asked for
The care area, service and any filters you set — age group, delivery mode, budget, location — decide which providers are eligible at all.
Distance
For in-person care, results are ordered by distance from the location you gave. Online and hybrid services are shown where they genuinely serve your area.
Price and waiting time
When you sort by price or waiting time, the order is taken straight from the verified figures the provider supplies, not from anything commercial.
Verified completeness
Listings with complete, evidenced information can rank above thin ones, because incomplete listings cannot be matched reliably. Completeness is free to achieve.
Ranking is not for sale. Commercial arrangements do not move a provider up organic results, and they never affect verification.
Promotion is always labelled. Where a provider has paid for a featured placement, it is clearly marked as promoted and shown separately from the ordered results.
No exclusivity. Providers are free to list elsewhere, and doing so has no effect on their position here.
