Our reviews policy

How NeuroLynk handles feedback about providers: who can leave it, what we publish, what we never publish, and how providers can respond.

  • Only people who actually made contact

Feedback can only be left by someone who enquired through NeuroLynk. We do not accept anonymous submissions from the open web, and providers cannot submit feedback about themselves.

  • About service, not clinical outcome

We ask about the things a person can fairly judge: how quickly the provider responded, whether the information was clear, whether the cost matched what was quoted, and how the experience felt. We do not collect or publish clinical outcomes or treatment details.

  • No clinical detail is published

Anything that identifies a person, describes a diagnosis, or discloses treatment is removed before publication. Recovery and mental health feedback is handled with particular care.

  • Providers can respond

A provider is notified of published feedback and may reply once, publicly and factually. Providers cannot delete feedback they dislike, and they cannot pay to have it removed.

  • We remove abuse and inaccuracy

We remove content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, commercially motivated, or demonstrably false. Removals are logged.

  • Nothing here is a recommendation

Feedback describes other people's experience of a service. It is not clinical advice and it does not tell you whether a provider is right for you.

Structured feedback is being rolled out marketplace by marketplace. Where a provider profile shows no feedback, it means none has been verified and published yet — not that the feedback was negative. Contact us to report a listing or a published comment.
